The newest TOAW3 doesn't read equipment names from dll file anymore. The only way to modify equipment names is to prepare modified equipment database. This is a bug, I think. There is no reason to cancel the tool. This isn't a problem for the few scenarios using modified equipment names, only. This is probably a problem for all non-English language versions. I haven't testet the last as I use the English version.
