Hi,

Instructions are in English and for Windows XP. If your computer language is different, then some descriptions may vary.

Step 1: In a known location of your computer, create a new folder, and put the files into it by dragging and dropping, moving, or copying and pasting.
Step 2: Right click on the folder, and select "Send to..."
Step 3: Select "Compressed (zipped) Folder" from the slide out menu items.
Step 4: Open this thread and open the dialogue box to post a reply.
Step 5: Click on the link below the message box named "Click here to upload".
Step 6: From the popup box, choose "Browse" to navigate to the zipped folder that you created in Step 3.
Step 7: Click "OK" in the popup box, and wait until the file uploads. Box will close if successful.
Step 8: Post your reply by clicking "OK".
Step 9: Wait patiently for us to figure out WTF happened...[;)]

We've also seen occasional reports of email messing up the file. Can you ask him to send you both a raw .pbl file, and to zip it and send it to you? See if either of those work.

Thanks,
Ralph

here are raw pbl file and zip file ( in which it is _do_not_send. too. i will test them monday night and i will answer it is all right, but i don't have much hope.
can you explain me what's the diference in sending raw pbl file and zip file? Losing data on the net?

There are two possible causes for corruption.
1) the actual transmission sometimes gets messed up. I'm convinced that some ISPs use rfc 1149
2) Some zip clients don't play nice with others. I tried either winzip or winrar (don't remember which) last year, and found that some people were unable to open the zip file, so I've switched back to using the windows XP built-in zip. Zip files have the advantage that they have a checksum built-in, so they should raise an error if the transmission wasn't accurate.

it works! [&o]
using zipped file from the opponent, i can play again.
Thank you everybody for kindness, courtesy and for the useful suggest given.
thank you again
