I am having problems when searching this forum.
I use the standard settings and when I give as searchterm "oil" I get sometimes a very large result, but mostly I get a message that the term is not existing.
Dooing something wrong?

Avg, check your "time filter" settings on the search page.  It may only be looking at 1 day.  I always have mine set to search all posts, and usually find more results than I need.

The search feature is seriously broken. Try doing an advance search and then messing about with the different settings, such as sort by rank or date, etc. Eventually you may get something out of it. Persevere or ask onb the forum again, it's your choice.

Btw There ios a stickied link to some useful "Must read" threads on many subjects in the main forum. This may have what you want.

I have gotten what I was looking for using the search function, but it usualy takes a few tries.  It's not the best search engine.
