If previous releases by Matrix are anything to go by it'll be a single installation .exe file - you'll get a serial number when you purchase the download - put that number in a simple text file and burn both files to a cd/dvd. That way you'll always have them when you need to re-install or switch computers or whatever. And you don't need to be connected to the internet when installing.
