Graf Speer -> Landrey might be off topic, but here goes . . . :) (8/27/2000 11:54:00 AM)

Just downloaded the Matrix update of classic WIR. Thanks!
Pacific War due out sooner. Matrix is on a roll!
As I viewed the credits to WIR, I am reminded to note David Landrey's part in the original "Game Development" team for both these classic games.
So . . . with Landrey deftly serving Speer's off-topic segue , I am also reminded of Landrey's Novastar Game Company support for those numerous Steel Panther add-on campaign and scenario disks I purchased.
This is when it struck me like a morning bolt of Starbuck's 14 proof Cafe Grande . . . how about a Matrix team update of Battles of Napoleon? -- the Kroegel & Landrey 1988 classic, featuring an excellent tactical system, editor, and well conceived variable AI routine . . . .
Is there any conceivable off-topic chance that the Matrix Games Team could obtain the rights to effect a similar update / facelift of BON? Any interest at all?
