Mac67 -> Amazing Miniatures (5/7/2007 8:11:22 PM)

Built by a team of British enthusiasts who put together 1:6th scale dioramas. The detail is incredible, these guys have some serious time on their hands!

Is it just my eyes, or do they all look "plasticy"

Arctic Blast -> RE: Amazing Miniatures (5/7/2007 10:33:57 PM)

I didn't notice that too much until I got to the bottom few photos...I REALLY noticed it there.

Paul Vebber -> RE: Amazing Miniatures (5/7/2007 11:43:59 PM)

I was just joshin...they look good.

I loved playing with toy soldiers when I was younger. My dad used to come home from work and every now and then, he'd have his hands behind his back and my brother and I (we were twins) had to choose a hand. Sometimes I got the US soldiers, sometimes I got the German.

I always thought the German soldiers were the coolest.

Yeah. Most of us kids in the US thought the German soldiers were cooler too. Something about the boots and the fancy uniforms.

Zap -> RE: Amazing Miniatures (5/8/2007 3:46:14 AM)

It was the helmets I liked.

Indeed...

Probably from Monkey Depot. It's amazing the stuff they have for these figures.

That Panzer IV, I believe, is a sold out limited edition model.
