change the values for what constitutes a "highlight"? I thought I had seen something along these lines in the xml earlier, but when I went back in to change it, I couldn't find a section for it. Was I just seeing things the first time or just blind now?

ezpkns, look in the user.xml in the main directory. You'll find it right near the bottom.

still can't find it in there anywhere, from the bottom up I see awards, colleges, team names, and aging models....then it gets to reductions and pitcher usage

See the screenshot. I found the file "user.xml" under the main directory, not under the XML folder.
