Have recently purchased a new computer. Transfered WPO onto new machine. Can no longer get game to work. Does this mean I have to purchase new game, I still have the serial no for game I purchased. Any suggestions?

When you say "transferred", do you mean just copied it over? If so, it definitely won't work. You'll have to reinstall it properly.

No, you don't need to purchase the game. Just run setup file which you've downloaded after purchase. In case you miss it, there is a re-download service available through https://www.findmyorder.com/
