Why does no one at Matrix Games answer emails such as the one below - all I get is automated responses. I'm happy enough with the product - but the service is appalling.

I have been charged twice:

Order Date: 18-MAY-07

Order Date: 18-MAY-07

When I placed my order using my debit card, the page timed out and I
presumed that my order had failed.

I then ordered again using PayPal and this succeded.

It is now apparent that BOTH orders were successful. I have since
downloaded TOAW and am using the game. Excellent as it is, I do NOT want
to pay twice for it.

Can you please help me?

I have to say a public thank you to Erik who solved the problem despite a litt;e impatience on my behalf with the automated emails - one of which was in Italian. I will no doubt be picking up some more old Talonsoft titles in the near future.
