Restricted Units In Scenario 2 (Full Version)

I (new player) can't seem to load PI and DEI units while playing Scenario 2 as Allies (small map game). I am playing Scenario 2 to learn and try various strategies I have read about. I was able to move some Malaya/Burma units.

From memory it seems to only offer PI and DEI units only the US PI and the ABDA (SP?) commands to change to. Is this a feature of Scenario 2? To which command should the units transfer?

I know about the political points and I seem to have enough. The only other factor I can think about was that I was using a 2 sub Submarine Transport TF to try and load troops.

They are restricted commands. You have to change their assigned command to a non-restriced command to load them. Click on the "USFFE" thing in yellow, and you will see a list of commands you can re-assign them to, how many PPs it costs, and how many you have available. Just make sure you dont assign them to ABDA, Aus, or West coast (those are all restriced commands and you wont be able to load). Generally assign USFFE to SW Pac and Dutchies to SEAC (SE asia)
