I cannot open the manuals

tgcook -> I cannot open the manuals (6/5/2007 1:33:00 PM)
Using Adobe Reader 8. Tried opening from Start/programs menu, and also by going to the manuals folder of JTCS and double clicking or right cllicking and selecting open with etc. but nothings coming up. Help appreciated[&:]
