Ologotai -> Updating to Harpoon version 3.8.0 (6/8/2007 12:02:22 PM)

I have loaded 3.7 fine.

After I install 3.8 however I get the following error message:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002).

I have turned all other programmes off and disabled my virus protection - but to no effect.

Any help gratefully received!
