i know i have discovered alot of possible bugs recently but another question has arisen. During a siege of Fort Harris, (i was playing confederacy) i threw my forces at them quickly before the fort would fall. After winning the critical battle i forced them away from the fort. But the next turn the fort fell anyway even though the siege had been broken, how is this possible.?

Eric will have to address this in more detail, but I think what you're seeing is similar to other complaints we've received that are linked to the order of resolving sieges during the movement phase.

I already sent an email to Eric with the problems hopefully this will be easily resolved.

Sieges are resolved *before* movement and combat.  There has been some suggestion that we change the order of resolution, to have sieges resolved after movement, but this is not a problem with the code, only rather that some people wish the game worked a different way.
