I launched more than 40 Ohka's; could find 13 of the misses in the AAR with comments.
The rest were probably just bypassed in silence [:'(]
Here you can see the dismal service record; even crippled enemy ships could not be hit!
After the last attack 19th of January 1945 I gave up. Now, 4 months later I have 23 or 24 and not 36
Ohka's in the pools as a 9 ac pr month production run should have given me.
1. Never more than 2-3 Ohka's launched at any time because of lack of Ohka's in the pools.
2. The Ohka's that were launched NEVER hit anything.
A torpedo isn't dependent on having a 80 exp pilot to guide it to its target.
Is it possible that this is what it takes to score hits?
Next time I try my Ohka's that's what I'll try. In the meantime Joe can try to launch
Ohka's in ones and twos from Betty's with an average exp between 60 and 70.
Now I remember clearly all the frustrating misses!

Enter the Ohka!
The first 24 Ohka armed Betties arrived today. Morale and exp is bad, will take 2-3 months
to get the unit ready for action. Producing some 46 units pr month. Hope its worth it...

Tried an early use of Ohkas: Only 2 out of 16 Bettys launched because there were only 2 Ohka's available!

I moved 16 Bettys to Iwo and 2 of them sortied...scoring no hits on the derelict target. Average exp
was now 64.
