Walloc and I have recently experimented with playing Forge of Freedom via Hamachi Virtual Network software see: www.hamachi.cc and have created a Network for any others who might wish to join us or anyone else for FoF gaming and direct chat. If interested download and install the software, and once familiar with it, come join us at the Network connection. Network name = Forge of Freedom Password = chat Regards

Neat chat feature. Just talked to Rasmus. Don't know what's its like in TCP/IP but both parties need to set aside enough time to play a match. Thats for sure. No large battles unless you got all day.

Retirement has its negatives, been retired since September 1999 and it can get BORING even with more than one game to play.

I've been retired for the last 15 years, since I was 45, and loving it. Sailboat in Baja California, RV, nice old '60 Corvette to have fun in, fascination with wargames for over forty years. Life is great! Haven't had any desire to go out and "work". Now, if they would only get the disappearing city bug fixed in this game, I would get back to it.
