I had a HD failure and by backup of WITP, Harpoon, and WPO are corrupted. How can I re-download. I don't have the original ordre number and the credit card I used is long gone. I have the serial numbers printed out in a file. Is there any way to redownload?

I just found another ackup for Harpoon 3. So its just WITP and WPO.

btw, they are registered under my email address so that you know I am not somehow pirating them.

You can retrieve the link at any time in a time frame of 30 days from the point of purchase (please note that the 30 days is only "official", "unofficially" it should never expire). Please go to our E-Store and click on "Store FAQs" , there check the "I need help downloading." link.  Or go to www.findmyorder.com and enter your order number and password.

We recommend to backup software you downloaded to a CD or DVD. By our license agreement you're granted the right to burn one personal backup copy to either CD or DVD or the backup medium of your choice.

My wife found and old backup of her computer and it had the WITP installer.  Now I am down to needing only WPO.
