I downloaded and checked this. Most of the Chinese bases have between 0-1000 supply levels? Why? I mean a lot of them wohn't have anything at all.

Also you said that Japanese aircraft production has been optimized? Meaning? I checked the allied side of things and nothing in the pools. Have you changed anything regarding to allied aircraft replacement rates?

1. automatic supply in chinese bases is avoiding JP's strategic bombardment to starve the chinese corps.
2. several new aircrafts are also added into the allie production line, such as P80, F8F1
