Field83 -> Opaque background on unit info when pressing "F2"? (7/7/2007 12:21:57 PM)

Hi!
First i just want to say a huge thanks for bringing back this all time stategy favorite of mine! I used to have all these games back when they where first released, and i am very pleased to find that they are still as excellent as i recalled. Great job, genlemen!
I just have an small request though. When pressing the "F2" to bring up the current unit info the transperent background makes it hard to read the actual info. There is an setting for opaque background that works on the chosen unit attack/defence values box set in the upper right corner normally, but not the "F2" info. I have an vauge memory in the original game that the opaque seting affected all info boxes, but i can be wrong.
The game is EF btw, i have not tested if this occur in WF or RS yet.
Cheers and keep up the excellent work! [:D]

I subscribe to this, such a setting is really needed.

I've discovered, though, that if you press 'v' to display visible hexes from a certain hex, and then press F2, the non-visible hexes will form a black background, making reading easier. Hope it helps :-)

Ah! Thanks for the workaround! I'll try that!
Cheers!
