Cobra and I am considering doing a modern game on the WOP system - because for technical reasons it appears it will serve better than WITP (date issues). This would involve a conflict between PRC and ROC - and allies like Japan, Australia, and the USA. China would have to be the "Axis power" I guess. We would use an adapted RHS map - but possibly not all of it.

I have been thinking along these lines for a naval/land warfare mod based in the 1970's between NATO and Warsaw Pact forces.  I think the WPO engine would be best to use, but how to model missiles?

Actually - we have missiles in WITP/ WPO. I have actually made them work too - in RHS. So one thing you can do is generate smart weapons.
Another approach is to make them torpedoes.
