highblooded -> Siberian and Shandong Situations (7/21/2007 5:24:34 PM)

Hello, I haven't been around the WPO forums for awhile, but I was wondering if anyone has ever addressed the situation of Siberia or Shandong in 1922. Siberia had been largely taken over by the Japanese by 1920. The Far Eastern Republic was set up by the Soviets and was not officially part of the Soviet Union until Nov 1922. Japanese troops were still in control of Vladivostok until Oct 1922. Sakhalin was still Japanese territory until 1925. The Japanese leaving was brought about by the Washington Conference( although many Japanese officials supported the withdrawl due to the drain on the economy) I would think that with a breakout of War the Japanese would have a great need of the Siberian resources and would reoccupy Siberia(probably leading to conflict with the Red forces which the Allies would likely support) The Shandong problem still had not been resolved as yet either. As above the Washington Conference led to the withdrawl of troops from China. I don't believe either of these had ever been researched for the stock game nor have people pointed out these flaws as far as I can tell. I was hoping someone could enlighten me as to whether any Mods have taken these areas into consideration.
