t to say Hellldivers but I am not sure it is right. THe suits are to keep them from blacking out when pulling out of a dive.

DIVE BOMBER it is from 1941.. This film showed some great color aerial pics of Pearl Harbor just several months before the attack.

Wow! From the look of those "goof suits" I was sure Bonzo the Chimp must have been in the film.

Skyros -> RE: Saturday at the movies#1 (7/22/2007 5:01:31 PM)

That's Errol Flyn and the suits were to keep them from blacking out when pulling out of a dive.

Who said Bonzo was not in the film?

"Who said Bonzo was not in the film?"    That explains it..., Bonzo must have been playing the tailor for those "G-Suits".

No the suits are high altitude suits, the 'inflatable garder belt' stopped the black outs.

All during July TMC has been play all day Tue, flight films, from Dawn Patrol to SAC. Lots of fun. How many of you saw "A Guy Name Joe" and "Forever". [:D]

Test pilot was on last night. It looked like he was flying a p36, but I'm not too good on a/c identification other than the mass produced types.

m10bob -> RE: Saturday at the movies#1 (8/2/2007 1:11:38 AM)

Have not seen the flick in a while but I believe he flew a P 35 in it..
