What are your favorite methods? I just went at it with everything at once. I had a very large German and Italian fleet to support the landings. I ended up going in just north of Portland Maine on about a 6 hex stretch of beach and around the north side of the peninsula where Halifax is located. The AI was building up around Washington, Halifax and the last British Capital. Looked to me like Portland was my best shot at a quick port for supply.
