You can host your mod there for FREE and it can be downloaded for free as well. Also, once you have it uploaded you can submit it to be attached to the offical game listing they have as part of the modding options.

I can't seem to use Rapidshare and find it very confusing to use. Filefront is easy and puts all your files in one spot, so others can look at everything you have hosted. ie....maps, flags, counters, etc are all under your username right together easy to see and easy to download.
