Mightfox -> Morale from recapturing cities? (8/3/2007 3:03:40 AM) Now, I know when you capture a city, you gain half it's morale value and your enemy loses the full value, but what if that enemy recaptures that city? Do you lose morale and they gain half?

Example: Russia takes Krakow(10) from Austria. Austria loses 10 morale. Russia gains 5. Austria takes it back and gains 5, russia loses 10. Both have a net loss of 5.
