I have just found out how great this tool could be, but I'm not getting a number of the fields filled. May be I've missed a necessary jar file somewhere? I have extracted the v0.4 update, but I cannot find witpDecoder2.jar update file, could anybody enlighten me about its whereabouts.
Does anybody have a Japanese clusters.csv for scenario CHS 155, I generated a test csv file but I don't see how the witpdecoder references it hence frustration as I'm currently getting limited display information.
Any help here will be much appreciated.
