Login or View Forum problems

This happens about 9 out of 10 times. When I view a Forum I get a message thats says " Page cannot be displayed " or simply a blank page and get kicked back to the Guest login. After several attempts I was Finally able to write this thread, can someone please help me on this so I can start to view and respond to the Forums. Thanx Joe
