I am playing in the 1917 scenario - there seems to be no way to build American infantry units. There are no "pre-purchased" infantry in the queue, and there is no way to purchase more even if you have the requisite number of arms and manpower. Am I missing something? If anyone knows how to build some, let me know - otherwise it looks like the Doughboys, other than their artillery, are not in fact going "over there".
I've also encountered the US-UK and Italian-French naval duel bug, btw.
