What year is the association?

I recall that a LONG time ago (the exact year escapes me) that BBs were on 6 balls.

Started in 1982, auto-ran 20+ seasons to develop history, now playing day-by-day through 2006 season.

Wait -- since when have the individual balls/strikes been shown in the game log? I only see the pitch count for a play result.

I get balls and strikes too !

Alright, I've figured it out -- the enhanced PBP was recently introduced, and the saved game log I displayed was from an earlier game iteration.
