I had two stacks of German units in France, down near the Italian border. (I was going to use them to attack Italy from the west.) After France surrendered, the entire northeastern part of France became German (the border adjusted itself), but the southern part of France became some weird neutral no-man's land and my Germans magically transported back to Germany. Try as I might, I couldn't move CP units back into France. When Serbia surrenders, I can still move through Serb territory. Why not the same with France?

Also, I don't know if this was fixed in the patch, but after Italy surrendered the British units that were there magically moved to Romania, even though the only Entente access to it was through the Dardanelles and the Ottomans still held Constantinople.

When major powers fall their territory is considered out of the game (Austria being the exception), unlike for minors.  The British moving to Romania would appear to be a weird interpretation of the rules in that case.  Back to England or Egypt would have been more appropriate.
