I don't really get how to load/unload a unit without double click to selct all units on hex... when there are only two units... how to select just two units on a hew when there more than two units (to load/unload)?

Press U on the keyboard.

This will open a unit/hex information dialogue to the right where you can select or deselect any platoon in a hex by clicking on the center of the unit in the unit/hex information dialogue.

Select the units you want, ensuring they have enough Action Points to do so, and press the load button.

Or, just right click on the hex to cycle through the units....left click to select.

I think that's how it works anyway. It's so second nature I can't remember! (and I'm at work)[8D]
