Unit Stacks refuse to merge (Full Version)

Two units same type..... Just trying to consolidate seperate stacks.... not actually merging the units. At times, certain specific units simply refuse to stack together. I am sure this is simply a flag unset, or set, but I dont know where it is to fix it. Anyone have any ideas?

Do you see a lock on one of the tab? You have perhaps prevented merging with this option.

This sometimes happens when your units are in a coastal fort or river city. What you need to do is to move the units you want to combine/recombine outside the city or fort. There they will combine/recombine normally. Then you move them back to the fort as needed. In my opinion this is a bug that has not been corrected. It is a bit frustrating, but once you know of this workaround it isn't too much of a hassle.

Hello, I answered to you Sardonic, have you got the mail? There is a lock on the supply unit tab. This is a feature.
