It might sound crazy but why is London the UK's 'capital'? Taking the city has no political consequences but why should it have supply/replacement advantages for the axis? The major industrial strength of the country lies in the midlands and north, not the south east. London is not even a particularily good transport hub with only 1 north south rail line, lots of lines go to London but few cross it! At the moment the brits get supply 5 with London and 3 without, the axis get 4 with and 3 without, presuming they have another city, normally Bristol. I think that having Birmingham as the 'capital' balances things better, the brits will get the supply/replacement advantages they would have historically even if london was occupied. Dave
