I am a veteran of Decisive Battles having pretty much played through Korsun, Normandy, Italy, Dnepr and even Moscow.

Which order would you suggest playing the Battlefront scenarios in for purposes of getting into the different system? Which is easiest to start with, which is hardest?

Saipan is the easist and simplist, and was intended to be an 'introductory' scenario. Once you've played that, particularly as a Decisive Battles vet, you should be comfortable with any of them.

As mentioned above, the Saipan scenario would be the best place to start. You should probably start as the US player. Getting ashore should present no problems but you will have to pay close attention to the supply sources you need to capture. You will also notice that, although you have a lot of combat power, even the US supply system will not permit continuous ground assaults or artillery barrages. You will have to manage and coordinate those, and Saipan is a good scenario for learning about these features which are new to Battlefront.
