How do I run a mod for fite and fite vinella at the same time?

Your modded scenario should be using a different name. Like "Fire in the East - Freemod". If it uses a modified eqp file then it needs to be named as per the scenario name. Once a game is started, the program does not access the scenario file any longer, though if created with one, it will still need a modified eqp file - on both players machines.

Depends on your OS and system stats......LOL!

Got System Ram (lots)?
Got dual monitors w/a vid card carrying mondo ram?
Got XPpro?

If you don't care about some long periods of cpu usage, you could always try opening two instances of the ToaW.exe, (windowed), and shift back and forth. ...
Good Luck with this, eh?

Guess it all comes down to what you mean by 'at the same time', eh?
