Thorgin -> German Army goes home??? (10/11/2007 8:29:33 PM)

Playing the Axis vs Allies (Computer controlled) Europe Aflame scenario....things were going just fine when on turn 68 ..the entire german army was withdrawn from the game....is this designed to happen for some reason or did my game glitch badly?

Confused OKH....

First off, this scenario is not designed to be played against the PO. Only PBEM.

Have you patched TOAW III? Are you using the EA scenario included with the game? Was it started before you patched?

Patch the game. It's as easy as downloading the patch, unzipping it, and then executing the file inside the folder.

If that's all Greek to you, get a friend to help you out. You need to patch the game.

Where to save the download the patch orginally...in the "TOAW" file..or in a sub file in there?

Usually the patch saves 'itself' on the desktop. All you have to do is double-click and again double-click.. and enter your serial number.

-----------Edit: already answered................................

ps: From wht I understand--EA does a lot of abnormal things when playing computer. If ypu can't find an opponent here--head over to GS--Kind of a EA HQ

The 'EA HQ' can be found by following the link in my sig.
EA is definately not designed to be played against the PO. There are too many Theatre Options that the PO cannot handle. However, with the improvements to the PO that Ralph and James have made it may 'seem' like the PO can play it.

The bug you are experiencing sounds like the conversion error that happened with the initial release of T3. It was subsequently fixed by the efforts of Ralph + company.
