Just a quick question, what does the color coding on the icons mean, supply level? I mean the red, green, yellow. I hope the picture posted.

Yes, thatīs the supply level. Red and yellow indicates the unit doesnīt get the supply it asked for.
It seems you have different HQīs which doesnīt get enough supply to feed their units.
The fat tanks and plane masses need a lot of supply !

Check their "requested" and "in" value for supply in the unit detail window.
