After getting 84% of SPWAW downloaded, I can't seem to reconnect to finish up. I keep getting "connection refused". Is the ISP again no longer permitting the long download process, is the connection just temporarily full or is the problem just with me? Thanx for any help. Lothar (the hill people would be most appreciative!)
