Digital river has an Email problem

i have send email to digital river an seen that they only received one of them, not all that i send. Because i received only a response of one of my mails. Do they have a Spam filter or something or is their email provider that is giving the trouble. Sure thing is that they are not receiving all the mails. [:@][&:]
