Looking at the forum of the other ADG game being developed by Matrix, Empires in Arms, it appears that Harry has just finished polishing out any kinks in the game, and Matrix is announcing a release on late Nov., early December. Does this mean that Harry will be able to spend more (some) time on this project, and how will this change/expedite MWIF?

I do not know what impact it will, if any. As far I as I know MWIF is still on schedule for release at Origins 2008.

I believe there has been a list of things submitted for Harry to review and/or comment on (mostly involving questions about optional rules). If he hasn't already given Steve or Patrice the answers on that subject then he might well have the time to do so now.
