LarryP -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/9/2007 5:46:30 AM)

Store shows $24.99 either way?

Erik Rutins -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/9/2007 1:02:14 PM)

What do you mean, Larry? I'm seeing $29.99 normally, $24.99 as part of the combo discount. If you alread added the combo discount to your cart, then they'll show up as $24.99.

keeferon01 -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/9/2007 3:48:40 PM)

Im seeing 24.99 on the single purchase too buying the bundle costs more with the extended package whatever the hell that is

sabre100 -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/9/2007 4:22:25 PM)

If you buy each single item it is 29.99 if you click on the bundle it then adds 2 items to your cart (both games) at 24.99 each and it also adds the extended download service which you can remove if you dont want it.  If you remove the extended download service like I did the total purchase for both series combined was $49.98 instead of $59.98 that it would cost if I bought them seperately.

The combo is $24.99 each and the single versions are the same, $24.99. That was last night but I have not checked this morning.

OK, I went back and It's Friday morning (11-09-2007) at 7AM and either way, single or package the price is $24.99.

Maybe this is only happening with the United States option?

Erik Rutins -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/9/2007 8:10:16 PM)

We were able to track this down - it's a bug in how the discounts were setup and it only happens if you first added the discounted bundle to your cart and then deleted it and tried to buy an individual game. It's in the process of being fixed now.

Jim D Burns -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/10/2007 5:53:00 AM)

Bundle is still messed up, here's what I was seeing. Shouldn't they both be $24.99 if bundled together?

Erik Rutins -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/10/2007 5:57:36 AM)

<sigh> Thanks for the heads-up on that, looks like a new glitch. Time to beat some more sense into DR...

The corrected discount should show one as $29.99 and the other as $19.99 - that's how it will work from now on, once it's working right.

- Erik

Erik Rutins -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/12/2007 5:33:35 PM)

Should be all fixed now.

coltom -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/17/2007 7:39:21 PM)

I have searched the various forums, but am unable to determine if or when the physical shipment option will be available for ADVANCED TACTICS and the JOHN TILLER CIVIL WAR and NAPOLEONICS. Thanks in advance for  your response.

Erik Rutins -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/17/2007 8:57:47 PM)

These are all in the works - we ran into a major problem with our printer during September, which pushed back all our pre-Christmas printing timelines.

Erik Rutins -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/21/2007 10:48:40 PM)

Boxed Copy Bundles are now available! See the first post in this thread for info and links.

ibeam81 -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/22/2007 4:34:05 AM)

Will there be a bundle discount option for Civil War and Napoleonic DOWNLOAD + PHYSICAL? Currently it's either DOWNLOAD or PHYSICAL, but not both.

Erik Rutins -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/22/2007 6:33:30 AM)

Sorry, due to a technical limitation in the store, we can't offer Digital+Physical bundle discounts, only one or the other.

jimi3 -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/23/2007 5:37:45 PM)

Good morning Erik,
When I try for the physical/digital purchase on Napoleonic I get $39.99 twice on the order. Once for physical and once for digital.  Civil War prices properly with one price. I tried on two different machines with the same result.  Many thanks for getting these purchase options running. [:)]

Erik Rutins -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/23/2007 9:49:08 PM)

I don't understand exactly - are you trying to get a physical+digital bundle or just buy the normal physical+digital?

Regards,

- Erik

jimi3 -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/23/2007 11:00:01 PM)

I'm having the same problem as Berto on the other thread. I just want the physical/digital for the Napoleonic. The cart wants to charge 39.99 twice for the single order. It should be 39.99 for one option and the other included.[&:]

jimi3 -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/27/2007 1:13:22 AM)

Thanks Erik, problem fixed. I purchased, downloaded and all is good. [:)]

dth -> Stuck! RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (12/12/2007 5:27:13 AM)

Eric,

I am trying to purchase the battleground ACW game but the Napoleon game appears in the purchase screen and it can't be removed. Is there anyway to just purchase the BG ACW game without the Napoleonic being added to the order? (Digital Download requested)

I'm trying to do the digital down load just for the ACW version and it shows Qty:1 for the BG ACW, Qty: Blank for the Napoleonic game and Qty:1 for the Extended Download Service. I tried to delete the Napoleonic version and it won't remove it. How can I just download the BG ACW game for just $29.99?

Order Number: DR134280096

Qty Product Name Delivery Method Stock Status Price Remove
1 John Tiller's Battleground Civil War $29.99
John Tiller's Battleground Napoleonic Wars $19.99
1 Extended Download Service Terms and Conditions $3.99
Sub-Total $53.97

dth -> RE: Stuck! RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (12/12/2007 8:12:28 PM)

Eric,

I don't know if something was corrected but it's working know (tried at work):

Order Number: DR13xxxxx
Qty Product Name Delivery Method Stock Status Price Remove
1 John Tiller's Battleground Civil War $29.99
1 Extended Download Service Terms and Conditions $3.99
Sub-Total $33.98

Thanks for fixing the glitch!

Grell -> RE: Stuck! RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (1/25/2008 12:47:36 AM)

Hi Erik,

On the 22nd of January I purchased both copies at full price, completely unaware of this offer. In total I paid $59.98. Please advise if there is any way I can get a discount on another game or a refund because this stinks, I just noticed this offer today.[:)]

Yours,

Grell

bssybeep -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (6/8/2008 4:44:44 AM)

I click on the link: North America Civil War + Napoleonic DOWNLOAD Discount
and the cart only displays the Civil War package for 29.99.

I'm assuming I should see both Nap and Civil was in my cart. One for 29.99 and one for 19.99.

Thanks

bssybeep -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (6/20/2008 5:10:42 AM)

Still waiting for a response.  The Bundle link doesn't work.  Instead of displaying both games, only the ACW game for 29.99 displays.

ETF -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (7/30/2008 4:48:56 PM)

Same here is the discount done with?

Erik Rutins -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/26/2008 2:57:48 PM)

[Updated for Holiday Sale Period]

The Battleground bundle is now $5 off the total price, since the individual titles have been reduced in price by 33% for the period of the Holiday Sale. This means that during the holiday sale, you can get them at a total price of $34.98 for both (digital download) or $54.98 for both (physical) instead of the previous bundle prices of $49.98 digital and $69.98 physical. The bundle links should be updated later today.

Raikkonen -> RE: IMPORTANT: Bundle Discount Link! (11/27/2010 11:33:26 AM)

I assume links need updating for the new store? Seems the link briings you to the old store, and does not reflect 2010 Holiday sale pricing. Trying to decide what my best value is for the holidays!
