Is it possible? I know the game was made with single scenarios in mind, but could we mod to allow linked scenarios?

ANZAC_Tack -> RE: Operations/Campaigns (11/18/2007 1:34:29 PM)

I asked if it was possiable some months ago while testing if a GC/op from another series(CCV per say) could be dropped into CCMT. answer was basically, NO.

That is crap. My one reason for not buying this ASAP was to allow the modding guys time for a grand camp, of sorts.

If I buy it now - I'm stuck with unlinked single scenarios. If I buy it later - I'm stuck with unlinked single scenarios.

The lack of any kind of campaign does stunt the fun a little but the low cost of the game and what you get for that money still makes this a must buy for any Close combat fan. I'm sure some user created scenario's will pop up soon and you get a good bunch of scenario's and an editor to play with for about £15. That in my book is a bargain.

This was my main beef as well. However if you are into H2H play, and really its the ultimate way to play CC.. then youll go ape over up to 5 on 5 multiplayer. Its well worth the money if the multiplayer appeals to you.

I am more of a GCer as well, so I likely wont buy the game in a rush but who knows down the line.

Take this for what it is, and understand its not CC6 and really a multiplayer game foremost, if you accept that.. youll have fun with it.

With some mods and new maps, it can help the shelf life on this puppy...
