Q: How do I open the Platform Editor for the first time?
A: http://wiki.computerharpoon.com/index.php?title=HCCE:PE_Guide

Q: Does HCE work on 64-bit Windows?
A: The scenario editor (16-bit) does not, all other game components (32-bit) run fine. If you run a 32-bit Operating system on a 64-bit CPU the SE works fine.

A: Read http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=1636734 as a start.

Q: I'm getting an error message about missing GDI+ dll.
A: Grab the GDI SDK from Microsoft

Q: I can't see the buttons on the dialogs; what is going on?
A: You are using a larger font dpi than normal and need to undo HCE's assumptions, see:
http://harpgamer.com/harpforum/index.php?showtopic=2321

Q: What is the beta team working on?
A: See the ReleaseNotes thread at HG http://harpgamer.com/harpforum/index.php?showtopic=2395
