Hello all, not sure if this has been asked before or if it's buried in the manual so bear with me here: On some scenarios the turns will fill flop leading to back to back turns for one side. Is there a condition that causes this or is it something scripted into the scenario? The two times I've played Poland 39 as the German the second turn always starts with Poland. Makes me wonder if it's because of achieving less than historical results or something... Thanks!
