Two new Bugs - DOW while inside Minor and reinforcing City Garrison while Enemy occupied (Full Version)

I think I got two new bugs...

Please load the attached .sav files for my last diplo phase and look out for the following two things:

1st: Berlin is French controlled. It has been enemy occupied during the last eco phase (Prussia lost 2 points for that). There is no Prussian factor inside the city.
2nd: There are several Austrian corps located in the most northern area of Bavaria.

If you press the "finish phase" Buton to go to the reinforcment phase you will see two strange things happen:

1st: Prussia has reinforced 20 Mil into the enemy occupied city of Berlin [&:]
2nd: Austria - allthough having forces within that minor - was able to declare war on Bavaria. [X(]

These HAVE to be bugs... [:-]

Yes very strange behavior (confirmed bugs) and now this also confirms the rumor that needle marks were observed between Marshall’s toes the week he was coding some of these AI functions. [:D]

I wouldn't think it would take "the needle". I think a good couple cans of Mt. Dew would do the trick. :)
