hello
click on start button
then click on "settings"
then click on "task bar and start menu"
then click on "start menu programs"
then click on "advanced"
then you will get a window that fuctions identically to Windows Explorer
open "programs"
open the folder "start up"
in here you will see all the things your computer runs automatically just from turning it on.
But this wont include anything that is part of your computers configuration at a more advanced users level. It will yell you if you are running your something like a word processor or say, Getright when Windows loads.
Generally, all the icons at the bottom most right of your desktop are running in some way while your computer is on. You can select control alt delete, and this will open a window that alerts you to anything that is currently running. Of course control alt delete twice will restart your computer as well.
