Well ... it seems no one is willing to try..

Too bad [:(]

It may be that on one has time to play another game? I know my time is completly filled.

I'm personally waiting for AE before starting a new game, but there may be one or two reasons why no one will bite:

1) Advanced Weather Effects ON - most players prefer this off as having it on causes everywhere to have bad weather.

2) One Day Turns - The vast majority of players play with 2 day turns; one day turns takes far too long to play out

3) No House Rules - Basically this says that you want to play with full exploits

My guess is that if you revised these few points you'd be far more likely to get a game! [:)]

I've seen very few multi turn PBEM's.

Well that's true.

how many turns a week are you expecting to do?

emek -> RE: Jap opponent wanted (1/30/2008 3:29:01 PM)

I think i can do one turn per day except for business trips and vacations.

The "NO house rules !!" thingy might scare a couple of players away... [8D]

However new 1.806 patch and many CHS changes made those house rules redundent.

1) Its not mandatory
2) I like it this way. Probably I am not alone here that likes full control even if it takes long time to play.
3) I looked at suggested HR in this forum. Most of them limit potential legitimate tactics both sides can use and others were fixed or made irrelevant in recent patches and CHS modifications. If someone will find a bug or WITP engine limitation then I will consider to set a HR.

I am sorry but war is neither fair nor balanced. Good player can win as Japan as well as Allies in this game if he will use his strengths and hide his weakness.
