ok, i did move some fleets from nearby sweden to amsterdam, which i had conq a month before as Great Britain, france took the capital, which forced me out, this game apparently retreats you to another harbour, instead of just putting you into the blocade box as the boardgame would do.

now why does it retreat my ships all the way to Stockholm, which is 5 sea area´s away, when london is just 3 away?

retreat when done to harbour is to the nearest one, but should in this game, have been blocade box to amsterdam!!!!!

You should already know retreat is to ports if you have been watching your games [;)] It was an intentional choice as pointed out in another thread (I think Monadman actually addressed this issue). As for is not being the closest port [&:]

yes yes, but i am looking at the boardgame rules on this subject, 6.2.6 if port is occupied by enemy troops, your ships will in that land phase have to leave port into nearby sea area or blocade box.

So i would say, that because of how this game works, it should just move you to blocade box.
