kyle8 -> Spartan will not work (1/5/2008 3:48:44 PM) I am working on Vista (yes, I know) and I just loaded Spartan, when I click play game it gets a Spartan is not working windows error and tries to find out why, but gives me no error code. Does this older game need a vista patch? or is there some setting adjustment I can make?

(1/5/2008 4:11:59 PM) I found the solution to my problem, there is a file missing from vista called d3drm.dll, you can download it online at a variety of places, just to be sure, I added it to my windows system32 folder, my windows system32 directx folder and the game autorun folder. anyway, it now works, this might apply to many older games.
