BULLDOGINTHEUK -> RE: European Diplomacy (3/13/2008 4:12:48 PM)

I have PM'd Delyn to send on his turn to Germany again.

Delyn Locksmiths -> RE: European Diplomacy (3/15/2008 3:04:41 AM)

Sent again today TK, let me know if you don't get it.

all5n -> RE: European Diplomacy (3/18/2008 7:52:01 PM)

Was TK able to play his turn?

BULLDOGINTHEUK -> RE: European Diplomacy (3/18/2008 10:45:28 PM)

If he hasn't sent it to you (as you are after him) then no, I guess not. This game is getting slower every week...

BULLDOGINTHEUK -> RE: European Diplomacy (3/22/2008 12:02:16 AM)

Have just sent a PM to T_K to remind him to have his turn.

Delyn Locksmiths -> RE: European Diplomacy (3/22/2008 12:10:57 AM)

I'm gonna give up on these games I think, haven't had a turn in either for over a fortnight.

BULLDOGINTHEUK -> RE: European Diplomacy (3/22/2008 1:56:10 PM)

I agree, I think counting on 8 players to have their turn is sometimes difficult. The most fluid games are where there are the least number of players, like the Great War game we are playing, I cannot believe that we are on turn 42 on that but only turn 8 is it on Noobsauce, Nubs and Noobs, or quicker still play against the AI [:D].

yoggi75 -> RE: European Diplomacy (3/25/2008 11:39:07 AM)

It's a shame really, but I agree. Too long between turns and it's really hard to recall what plans you had last turn.

Could have been a really fun game had the turnaround been quicker. Beeing a real fan of the board game Diplomacy I think the idea of playing AT multi is great but you would need a bunch of really dedicated players.

Anyway, thanks to all for giving it a try

BULLDOGINTHEUK -> RE: European Diplomacy (3/28/2008 9:52:30 PM)

T_K was sent his turn on 3/3/08! Looks like without knowing his password this game is naffed [:@]. That's really annoying. Perhaps Vic could have a 'games master' feature in which the games host can change passwords of players or something. This game is now dead in the water. FFS how extremely annoying.

all5n -> RE: European Diplomacy (3/29/2008 4:57:18 AM)

Yeah, thats the problem with PBEM.  Someone decides to quit and everyone is hosed.

BULLDOGINTHEUK -> RE: European Diplomacy (3/29/2008 1:52:15 PM)

I am happy to start another game as long as the host has all passwords or something so this doesn't happen again.
