I'm not sure why you would not have received a reply from our support, but we have already shipped out replacement copies of CD #2 to all affected orders. Chances are it's just taking a while for the CD to make its way from the UK to Australia, but all affected orders already had replacement discs shipped out at our cost. This was unfortunately a mistake due to a new person in the warehouse who didn't realize the product had two CDs - about two dozen orders were affected before we found and fixed the problem.
